• Machine Wash Cold: Launder on a standard gentle or casual cycle with cold water alongside similar dark colors using a mild, color-safe liquid laundry detergent.

• Do Not Use Fabric Softeners: Avoid liquid fabric softeners and heavy dryer sheets. Softeners leave a chemical coating over fabric fibers, which can reduce the breathability and weaken the recovery of the elastane stretch.

• Tumble Dry Low: Dry on a low-temperature heat setting or hang dry in the shade. High heat can damage the elastane fibers, leading to a loss of stretch and premature wear over time.

• Iron on Low Heat (If Needed): If a crisp look is desired, iron on a low setting on the reverse side of the garment to prevent creating shiny fabric patches.

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.
