Shipping:
Free Shipping for purchases over $150.00 (Canada post parcel service) takes approximately 2-10days from time of order.
Canada Post Parcel $15.00 Flat Rate for purchases under $150.00 (BC,AB,SASK) $20 Flat Rate for the rest of Canada
This takes approximately 2-10 days from time of order.
Shipping to the US $17 Flat Rate - Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties.
Shipping time takes into consideration our packaging time as well.
Orders placed after Friday at 10:00am will not be shipped until Monday, so please take that into consideration when determining delivery time.
If we are unable to fulfill any of the items in your cart we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns for orders placed online
Unused, unwashed merchandise with labels attached can be returned within 14 days of original shipping date. Returns can be made by mail to our store for an INSTORE credit (emailed to you in the form of a gift card).
Underwear, swimming suits & items that are 30% off or greater are FINAL SALE
Simply pack up the item(s) you'd like to return and follow the instructions below:
Please Include the packing slip enclosed in your package with your contact information in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

We advise selecting an insured mail service; we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.
Packages must be returned prepaid; COD deliveries will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot credit original or return shipping fees.
