To preserve the sequin placement, delicate stretch backing, and oat shade:

• Turn Garment Inside Out Before Laundering: Always turn the dress inside out to protect the sequins from catching on machine surfaces or other items.

• Hand Wash Cold or Gentle Machine Cycle: Gently hand wash in cold water using a delicate liquid detergent, or use a gentle mesh laundry bag on a cold delicate cycle.

• Do Not Use Bleach or Harsh Chemicals: Avoid chlorine bleach to maintain the warm oat color and protect synthetic elastane stretch fibers.

• Line Dry / Lay Flat to Dry: Hang to dry in the shade or lay flat on a soft towel. Do not tumble dry, as dry heat can melt sequin coatings and warp synthetic fibers.

• Do Not Iron Directly: Never apply a hot dry iron directly to sequins. Use a garment steamer held at a distance on the inside lining only if necessary.

5. Condition of the Item: To qualify for a return, the item must be in new condition, with all tags attached. Please ensure that the product is unworn and meets the criteria for a return.

Shipping Information:

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.

**Shipping Time Considerations:**
Our shipping times take into account the time required for packaging. Orders placed after 4 pm on Thursdays may not be shipped until Monday, as courier pick-up times may vary.
