• Wash Garment Inside Out: Always turn the sweater completely inside out prior to laundering to shield the outer short-fur fibers from friction and snagging during the wash cycle.

• Machine Wash Cold (Delicate Cycle): Launder on a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water alongside similar light neutral shades using a mild, non-bleach liquid laundry detergent. Placing it inside a mesh garment bag is recommended for extra protection.

• Do Not Use Fabric Softeners or Bleach: Avoid chlorine bleach and liquid fabric softeners. Softeners can weigh down and matted delicate eyelash fur fibers, diminishing their natural loft and softness.

• Line Dry / Lay Flat to Dry: Lay flat on a clean towel or air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, as high dryer heat can damage synthetic short-fur fibers and cause shrinkage.

• Do Not Iron: Never apply a hot dry iron or steam press directly to the polyamide fur surface. Simply shake the garment out once dry to restore its natural fluff.

Shipping Information:

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.

**We do not ship to the US at this time**
