To preserve the 15,000mm waterproof coating, BIONIC-FINISH®ECO treatment, and insulation loft:

• Close All Fasteners Before Washing: Secure all wrist straps and close the hand-warmer pocket zipper completely before laundering.

• Machine Wash Cold (Gentle Cycle): Launder in cold water on a delicate cycle using a mild, bleach-free detergent to prevent stripping the technical shell coating.

• Do Not Use Fabric Softeners: Avoid liquid softeners and dryer sheets entirely, as softeners clog the breathable microporous membrane and destroy water repellency.

• Tumble Dry Low or Hang to Air Dry: Dry on a low-heat setting or hang to air dry in the shade to maintain insulation structure and technical fabric integrity.

• Do Not Iron & Do Not Dry Clean: Keep away from direct dry irons or hot presses, which can scorch the polyurethane waterproof backing.

Shipping Information:

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.

**We do not ship to the US at this time**

**Shipping Time Considerations:**
Our shipping times take into account the time required for packaging. Orders placed after 4 pm on Thursdays may not be shipped until Monday, as courier pick-up times may vary.
