To preserve the plush sherpa texture, water-repellent coating, and polyfill loft:

• Machine Wash Cold (Gentle Cycle): Close all zippers prior to laundering. Machine wash in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle using a mild liquid detergent.

• Tumble Dry Low or Line Dry: Tumble dry on a low-heat setting with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to restore polyfill loft, or hang flat to air dry.

• Do Not Use Fabric Softener or Bleach: Softeners degrade the protective BIONIC-FINISH® ECO water-repellent coating; avoid chlorine bleach.

• Do Not Iron or Dry Clean: High iron heat can melt synthetic sherpa and quilted shell fibers—no ironing necessary.

Shipping Information:

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.
