• Wash Garment Inside Out: Always turn the shirt completely inside out prior to laundering to protect the outer face of the knit fabric from surface friction and pilling during the cycle.

• Machine Wash Cold: Launder on a standard gentle or casual cycle with cold water alongside similar earth tones or light colors using a mild, color-safe liquid laundry detergent.

• Do Not Use Fabric Softeners: Avoid liquid fabric softeners and heavy dryer sheets. Softeners leave a chemical coating over natural organic fibers, which can reduce the fabric's breathability and weaken the elastane recovery over time.

• Tumble Dry Low or Line Dry: Dry on a low-temperature heat setting or hang dry in the shade to keep natural cotton shrinkage to an absolute minimum, prevent lint attraction, and protect the elastic fibers.

• Iron on Low Heat Only (If Needed): If pressing is desired, turn the garment inside out and use a low temperature setting. Never apply high, direct dry heat to the exterior face of the jersey.

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.
