To preserve the bright White/Hyper Green finish and the integrity of the EVA cushioning:

• Spot Clean Only: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt. For the white mesh, use a damp cloth with mild detergent to lift stains.

• Air Dry Room Temperature: Never place these shoes in a dryer or near a direct heat source. High heat can warp the EVA midsole and damage the bungee lace elasticity.

• Protect the Whites: To keep the white mesh looking fresh, avoid wearing them in excessively muddy conditions and clean promptly after use.

• Do Not Machine Wash: To protect the technical structure of the heel counter and the midsole, avoid submerging the shoes in a washing machine.

Shipping Information:

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.

**We do not ship to the US at this time**

**Shipping Time Considerations:**
Our shipping times take into account the time required for packaging. Orders placed after 4 pm on Thursdays may not be shipped until Monday, as courier pick-up times may vary.
